- Water Pump Out / Extraction. Removal of excess water in preparation for the drying process. Vapor pressure reduction.
- Mold Inhibitors. Topical treatment with EPA approved mold inhibitors to stop mold amplification.
- Carpet and Pad Removal. If required, pad and/or carpet removal. On Category 2 and 3 losses, pad removal is usually required. Carpet and pad removal is required on Category 3 losses.
- Complete Structural Drying. Verified structural drying of all porous building materials. National average is 10 - 11% MC.
- Certificate of Completion. Upon completion, our teams will issue a certificate stating that your home or business has been mitigated and returned to its original pre-loss state.
Tip: If water from a flooded basement made contact with the circuitry or wiring in your HVAC system, do not use the HVAC system until inspected by a qualified service technician.
